Liquidation: Pono Baritone All Solid Acacia Ukulele with Truss Rod

**Pono Baritones were always my favorite Baritones.  They are well made, they have a nice thick neck with thick frets which a lot of guitar players transitioning to ukulele want.  And they have a truss rod which gives the neck stability while also making it possible to adjust when necessary.  But I stopped selling Baritones and Pono.  This one needed new strings because one snapped and I honestly forgot it even existed on my repair shelf.  It took me 5 minutes to change the strings and get it ready to sell.  It has Worth Baritone strings which are super nice.  It is set up to a great action and sounds wonderful!  So get it while you can!**

This is a great all solid instrument by Pono. It is all solid Acacia. It is a cousin of koa so it packs a lot of woody warmth and volume and attack and the Pono build also gives this ukulele punch and attack.  It will have that nice woody ukulele sound.  It has nice low action and the quality build you expect from a Pono. You will be super pleased! And of course it will get the famous Mim set-up where it will have level frets, nice action, and will play smooth for you! It is a high quality, all solid, ukulele build!

This was is set up with Worth Clear strings and a MiSi pickup.  I set it up this was for Danielle Ate the Sandwich for a few songs she played at a festival.   I love the MiSi.  For a 60 second charge you get 16 hours of play time.  It is a great pickup!  It is what I use for my gigs.

Baritones are a favorite among guitar players because they are tuned DGBE like the top 4 strings of the guitar. They also are sought after by ukulele players who want a warmer, deeper tone. The Pono Baritones come with a truss rod which makes the very adjustable as the ukulele ages and settles.
