**Sometimes spruces have these small quilted lines that are called "bear claw". This one has a bookmatched bearclaw stripe! I personally love bear claw and if you do too this is a great way to get a little touch of bearclaw for an affordable price. But I just want to be clear that this is not an imperfection, but rather a unique grain to spruce. Another note is this is the last of the walnut ukes in the -70 series. So if you love the beautiful light brown walnut look, scoop it up before it is gone!**
This is a great quality ukulele at an affordable price. The solid spruce top gives this ukulele a lot of volume, attack, and crisp / bright tones. The Laminate Walnut back and sides gives it a nice punch and a warmth to compliment the spruce. The laminate back and sides gives this ukulele a lot of stability in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions. The slotted headstock and new Ohana logo give it a nice look as well.
