**I like to buy Blemished models of ukuleles to pass on the savings to my customers who like to save money and do not mind a cosmetic blemish on their ukulele. These blemishes are purely aesthetic and do not effect the playability or sound. They also still get my complete setup! But you will save a little money! I will note below what I notice on each ukulele:
This one just has a couple little ding dots in the finish around the bridge and one on the top of the lower bout. It is super slight, does not effect the structure or playability and is only in the finish. You can see them a little in the close up picture. But it will save you some money!**
A great first uke! Or, heck, a great uke for your collection! It is a great bang for your buck. You get form and function. The solid spruce top gives it a nice, loud, resonant, punchy, and bold sound. The laminate mahogany back and sides brings in the well rounded lower tones as well as stability! It makes a great starter uke and a great travel uke. It has a great sound, is a good player, and of course will be set up with care for nice playability and a good tone! You wont have to "baby" it as much with the laminate back and sides, but the solid top is where most of the tone comes from on a uke and you will be very pleased with the boldness that this bold ukulele packs!
