Just dropping you a line, to let you know that my new Big Island Koa soprano arrived safe and sound today. It is absolutely "drop dead gorgeous" and it plays like butta! It's everything you said it would be, thanks so much. The pictures don't even do it justice. I didn't think I was gonna like the friction tuners, but I've been playing it all day, and I haven't had to tune it once. Actually it was in tune right out of the box. I am very pleased ,to say the least.
I love my new Kala lacewood concert! It arrived here in perfect condition, nicely set up, in record-breaking time. It was a pleasure doing business with you!
