FAQ - Returns/Issues
- I have a 2 week return policy. If it isn't love, it isn't love. No biggie. Just let me know!
- If you find your ukulele is simply not right for you, please feel free to return it for a full refund, less shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
-The only exceptions to this is if you add custom options such as pickups and buttons. I am unable to return the ukulele to the original condition. There will be a small restocking fee, from 5-10% depending on the modifications. But I always want to be reasonable, so I will work with you!
- If the uke is damaged in shipping, let me know. I will take care of you. (Don't panic! Seriously! It is ok! I promise! I got you! It is rare, but these things do happen.)
- If something is amiss, just send me a quick note letting me know what is up. It is rare, but being a flesh and bone human, and ukuleles being made of wood and strings, sometimes I might miss something or something goes amiss in shipping. No biggie. Keep calm. I got you! A personal note from Mim: Returns are just part of being an on-line business, I think you will find me super chill about them. No need to be heavy handed or super dramatic in order to get good customer service at Mim's Ukes. In today's world I think sometimes people feel they need to be really upset to get a retailer to make something that went wrong, right. Or even for them to accept a return. But all it does is ruin everyone's day. You only live once, people are people, ukuleles are wonderful happy music-making tools that bring those people together... and life should be light, happy, and full of love and joy! And...
