This is the first uke where I did an ostrich and put my head in the sand. In other words, I shelved it and forgot about it. It was buzzy and developed a crack and I no longer offered Lanikai so I did not want to pester them about it. So I put it on my shelf and forgot about it for YEARS! I have so many more skills now, so I fixed the buzz (high fret) and strung it with M600 fluorocarbon strings and it really sounds super good!
BUT... it has a crack. Under the bridge, there is about an inch and a quarter above and about a 3/4 inch below. (in the picture the crack is between my fingers) It is a hair line crack and should not get any worse. BUT... I am selling this for a price of a laminate soprano beginner uke to just move it along to someone who wants a great sounding uke and will not care that there is an imperfection. It is a pretty uke and the strings play like butter.
