The Mangos are made only every once in awhile, so get it while you can. Not only is the grain of the mango beautiful, but it has a warm, rich, full sound. It is less punchy and more smooth than koa. And the notes really blend in a nice warm tone. They have a beautiful look and a beautiful sound! Mangos get a bad wrap sometimes with other brands because they are overglossed, and muted because of the build. But KoAloha does Mango RIGHT! With the lightweight build, and the ligher cuts of Mango, their Mango ukuleles really sing! They have the same volume and resonance as the Koa, but with a slightly smoother attack!
This one comes with a hard case and a Oasis humidifier. KoAloha is out of their hard cases, so I am out of their hard cases. So this will come with a nice Ohana brand hard case which will be very nice and will protect your ukulele well!
