These Streetmaster ukulele by Martin are amazing!  They are made from mahogany so they have a warm and rich tone!  But they are also made lightweight with a satin finish, so that adds the resonance and the nice woody attack that you want from a Mahogany.  So it does a good job of capturing the more vintage Martin tone, but at an affordable price!  The Graphtec tuners look like a friction but behave like a geared tuner, so you get a sleep look with the convenience of a geared tuner.  The satin rubbed finish, with custom "aging" makes each ukulele its own unique work of art!

The Uke you See is the Uke you Get!
I take individual pictures of every ukulele I offer because you deserve to have an "as close to local" shopping experience when you purchase on-line. So you can browse my inventory and pick out which ukulele and wood grain speaks to you!

From Martin:
We’ve been making tenor-sized ukuleles since 1929, but nothing quite like this. An ultra-thin finish creates a beautifully weathered appearance that feels as if it’s an old friend you’ve been playing for years. The top, back and sides are all mahogany, making it lightweight with a bright tone. If you play guitar and want to learn the uke, this size makes for a comfortable transition, and it's great for both a child and full-grown adult. The T1 StreetMaster® brings together premier sound, outstanding playability, and easy affordability in one gorgeous instrument.
