This was a Prototype for Ohana and may be the only one. I may ask if they will make more, even if it is just for me. Because... it SOUNDS SO GOOD! With the flurorcarbon stings, fatty body, and spruce top this ukulele has that beautiful bell-like crisp attack! So good, so lovely, so smooth! THEN the all solid acacia back and sides gives it those well rounded low undertones that make this ukulele rich and warm, so it takes the edge off the spruce. It is a soprano but it is loud and full and resonant because of the light weight build and slightly oversized body (dont worry it still fits in soprano cases)! I am listing it, but I will be honest, I am so temped to keep it, it sounds THAT GOOD! It you like crisp, bold, loud, and resonant, this is the ideal soprano!
